Vacuum Degasser Introduction
Vacuum Degasser is mainly used for vacuum degassing to prevent juice oxidation and extend storage period. It can remove the gas adhering to the suspended particulates and prevent particle from floating, thus improving the quality of the product and reducing the corrosion. Furthermore, Vacuum Degasser can also reduce the bubbling when filling at high temperature.

Vacuum Degasser Working Principle
Vacuum degasser works by creating lower pressure inside a vessel so air or other gaseous impurities can be removed from the substance, such as water or milk and juice,etc. The air is siphoned from the vessel after pressure is lowered enough to force the gas out from the substance.

1. Vacuum degasser is mainly used for degassing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and preventing the juice from being oxidized and then extend the storing period of the juice.
2. Vacuum Degasser is the essential equipment in producing line of dairy products and beverage. Normally, vacuum degassing is after homogenizing, while, sometimes vacuum degrassing is also necessary before filling.
